Immobiliare Stradivari

The Sardinian localities selected by us are all endowed with a crystal-clear sea, white beaches, white rocks made smooth by the wind and pristine natural surroundings.

Entertainment and night-life are in the vicinity and all amenities are at disposal such as to make your stay comfortable and restful, safe and relaxing at any time of the year.

Santa Teresa Gallura (OT) and Porto Pozzo, a neighbourhood of Santa Teresa Gallura (OT), are located in northern Sardinia, the Gallura region, opposite the Maddalena Archipelago National Park, an enchanting part of the island enhanced by the most suggestive colours and perfumes of the Mediterranean maquis vegetation. These localities are in a strategic position, at about 50 km from Olbia airport and port and just 11 nautical miles from the suggestive port of Bonifacio in Corsica (France). Situated directly overlooking the Straits of Bonifacio, a sea channel rich in history and natural beauty, both towns - Santa Teresa Gallura, with its marina able to accommodate 750 boats and Porto Pozzo, with its equipped quays – represent easy mooring points for the Maddalena Archipelago, a real gem of the western Mediterranean, with some of the best beaches in Sardinia, including Cala Corsara Beach on the island of Spargi, the world famous Pink Beach on the island of Budelli and the small coves and inlets of the islands of Caprera and Maddalena, all of which can also be reached by rubber dinghy. The Rena Bianca beach of Santa Teresa Gallura has also been awarded the famous Blue Flag.

The wonderful sea beds, a mix of Sardinian rocks and very white or pink sand, are among the most spectacular of the Mediterranean, a must destination for underwater divers and spearfishing enthusiasts.
Not far away is the Liscia beach, a big favourite with windsurfers.

The mild climate, even in mid winter, will enable you to discover the pleasure of spending your seaside holidays in Sardinia in the colder season too, when the countryside takes on all the colours of the rainbow: the yellow of the mimosa, the violet of the bougainvillea, the green of the myrtle, the pink of the sempervivum, the red of the hibiscus.

The crystal-clear sea, with colours that go from light blue to emerald green, the extra-fine pink or white sand, the wild and pristine natural environment make this corner of Sardinia a real paradise!
